New Beginnings Health Care strives to meet the medication needs of its clients in a timely and helpful manner. However, there are things clients can do to improve their experience with getting medication samples and refills. For some, this may be a change from previous medication policies, but we ask that all clients be aware that these are our current policies.
The New Beginning staff are not able to take refill requests over the phone or in person. We ask that you do not contact the office about refills unless there is a problem with your refill request. Failure to follow medication refill policy may result in a delay with your request.
